1. Introduction
Welcome to Ray Ashmore Photography's online shop, operated under Ashmore Photography & Print. By placing an order through our website, phone, or email, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Payment and Pricing
Currency: All prices are listed and charged in British Pounds (£).
Payment Method: We accept card payments via Stripe. No VAT is charged as Ashmore Photography & Print is not VAT registered.

3. Ordering Process
How to Order: Customers can place orders via our website, by phone at 01902 918997, or by emailing sales@ashmorephotography-print.co.uk.
Information Required: When placing an order, customers must provide their name, address, email, and contact telephone number.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Bulk Delivery: Orders placed before the specified date in the gallery will be delivered in bulk to the school/nursery free of charge. 
Direct Delivery: Orders can also be shipped directly to the customer via courier/postal service. Orders placed after the deadline will only be sent via courier/postal service or can be collected from the studio office in Penn, Wolverhampton.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the product type, quantity, weight, and chosen service level at checkout. Shipping costs range from £3.95 to £9.95.
Delivery Time: Delivery to the school/nursery will be within 10 working days of the specified final order date in the gallery. The gallery remains open for 28 days post-deadline, with further orders processed and delivered within 10 working days.

5. Returns and Refunds
Personalised Items: As these are personalised items, no refunds or exchanges can be provided for errors made when the customer places their orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Products: If products arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately to arrange replacements.

6. Copyright and Licensing
Usage Restrictions: Photos purchased cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes. Digital files may be reprinted for personal use only.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection: We collect personal data (name, address, email, and phone number) to fulfil your order.
Data Use: Your data is used solely for processing your orders and providing customer service.
